What varies is the water story. Where you get water is Weddington Chase on the eastern curve, where the developer cut against a natural low spot and six to eight houses along that curve sit downhill of their own driveways. Everywhere else in Weddington the primary problem is humidity, not bulk water, so the encapsulation scope skips the sump and puts every dollar into a properly sized dehumidifier and a real termination bar system.
